Clearances are good for five years. Volunteers under 18 years of age do not need clearances. However, if a volunteer turns 18 while serving at Hatboro Baptist Church, they need to turn in the required items before continuing to serve.

If you choose, you can return the completed paper forms to Heather Gray in the church office or to Marilyn Harris, Elder, and they will submit the forms for you in order to obtain these clearances. If you have questions please contact Heather in the church office by phone at 215-675-8400 or by email at hatborobaptist@gmail.com. All of the completed reports are kept in a locked file in the church office.

Thank you for sharing your time and talents with the children and youth at Hatboro Baptist Church. Also, thank you for completing the required Child Safety documents for us to comply with PA law.
